Terms and Conditions of the Activity

1. Organizer
This activity is organized by LUMIN x BOATOAT (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By participating in this activity, participants are deemed to have fully accepted all terms and conditions stated herein.


2. Purchase Channel
Products must be purchased, and participation must be made, exclusively through the official website: www.roadmapmerh.com. Orders placed through any other channels will not be eligible for any rights or benefits under this activity.


3. Activity Period
The activity runs from March 1, 2025 to March 20, 2025 at 10:00 PM (22:00 hrs.).

The Company will consider the successful payment time recorded in the system as final. Any orders completed after 10:00 PM on March 20, 2025 will not be counted under any circumstances.


4. Accumulated Purchase Calculation Criteria
4.1 Only orders with successful payment within the specified period will be counted.
4.2 System failures, pending payments, or unsuccessful transactions will not be counted.
4.3 Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after successful payment.
4.4 There is no limit to the number of purchases.
4.5 1 Box = 1 right/entry.
4.6 Purchases may be made through multiple accounts; however, all information must belong to the same individual, including:
• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Shipping Address

If the information does not match, the Company reserves the right to consider them as separate individuals.


5. Product Details (BOX SET)
Price: 2,190 THB per Box

Each Box includes:

LUMIN x BOATOAT T-shirt, SUMMER RITUAL – SONGKRAN EDITION, Free Size, White or Black (randomly selected, 1 piece)
LUMIN x BOATOAT Socks, SUMMER RITUAL – SONGKRAN EDITION, Free Size, White or Black (randomly selected, 1 pair)
1 Special Card (random design from 6 variations), with a chance to receive an authentic BOATOAT signature (limited quantity)
Products are randomly selected. Colors and designs cannot be chosen. The Company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or refunds in all cases. Products are limited edition and available in sufficient quantity only for the activity sales period.


6. Total Participation Rights
A total of 60 rights (Only 60 Summer Moments) divided as follows:

• 30 Top Spender rights
• 20 Lucky Summer Fan rights
• 10 Video Call rights


7. Selection Criteria
7.1 Top Spender
The top 30 participants with the highest accumulated purchase amounts will be selected. In the case of a tie, priority will be given to the earlier successful payment time.

Winners may transfer or resell their rights within the period specified by the Company. Failure to notify within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and the next ranked participant will automatically replace them.

7.2 Lucky Summer Fan
Participants with a minimum purchase of 1 Box are eligible for random selection.

Winners may transfer or resell their rights within the period specified by the Company. Failure to notify within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be randomly selected.

7.3 Video Call
Selected from the Top Spender ranking for the Video Call category as determined by the Company.

Video Call rights cannot be changed to event attendance rights.


8. Duplicate Rights
If a participant qualifies for more than one category, the Company will grant only the highest-ranking right. The next eligible participant will be moved up accordingly.


9. Event Date and Location
The event will be held on April 4, 2026, in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand.

The exact venue details will be directly informed to eligible participants.


10. Announcement of Results
The list of eligible participants will be announced on March 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM (19:00 hrs.), based on accumulated purchases as of March 20, 2025 at 10:00 PM (22:00 hrs.).

The Company’s decision is final.


11. Dress Code
Participants must dress according to one of the following themes:

• Songkran outfit
• Traditional Thai outfit
• LUMIN look

The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of attire.


12. Event Participation Conditions
12.1 Rights may be transferred, renamed, or resold.
12.2 Rights cannot be exchanged for cash.
12.3 No age restriction for participants.
12.4 Minors may be accompanied by a guardian for drop-off; however, guardians are not permitted to participate in the event activities.
12.5 Participants must present a valid ID card for identity verification.


13. Photography and Publicity
Participants consent to the Company recording photos, audio, and video during the event for publicity purposes without compensation.


14. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, such as event postponement, artist illness, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control, there will be no refunds or postponement of rights. The Company will instead arrange a new activity and announce the schedule in advance.


15. Reservation of Rights
The Company reserves the right to amend details, terms, or schedules as deemed appropriate without prior notice.

All decisions made by the Company are final and not subject to appeal.
